His knowledge of the criminal justice system enables Jim Griffin to resolve investigative, administrative and/or criminal matters for health care professionals in the most expedited and discreet manner possible. Jim Griffin also has extensive experience with administrative charges before the South Carolina Department Labor licensing and Regulation relating to medical, nursing, pharmacy, real estate and other professional licensing issues. Jim Griffin is able and wiling to pursue appeals from State agency decisions to an administrative Law Judge, Circuit Court, South Carolina Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court when necessary.
